A northwestern country town, Sa Pa is found in the province of Lào Cai. Home of Indigenous groups such as the H’mong, Dao, Tay, and other groups. This area also resides Fansipan, the highest mountain of the peninsula, commonly nicknamed the “Roof of Indochina.”
